Manufacturer-approved shingles, underlayment and flashing, installed to the manufacturer's instructions.

Debris removed, gutters cleared of our offcuts and a magnetic sweep for nails around the house.
Written warranty
2 years on minor repairs, 5 years on flashing and major repairs, stated on your quote.
Follow-up
If a repaired area leaks again within the warranty, we come back and fix it at no charge.
