By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Work we perform is also governed by the written quote and agreement you sign for that job; if the two conflict, your signed agreement controls.

Use of this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means other than standard search engines.

Estimates and quotes

• Prices shown on this site and produced by the online estimator are typical ranges for guidance only and are not offers.
• A binding price is provided only in a written quote issued after an on-site estimate visit.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Additional work discovered during a job, such as damaged decking, will be documented and requires your written approval before it is performed and charged.

Scheduling and cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Work may be rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions; we will contact you as soon as possible if that happens.

Payment

Unless your quote says otherwise, payment is due on completion. Larger jobs may require a deposit of up to 30% to order materials, which will be stated on the quote. We accept card, bank transfer and check.

Warranty

Our workmanship warranty is stated on each quote and invoice: 2 years on minor repairs and 5 years on flashing and major repairs, starting on the completion date. It covers defects in our installation, not damage from later storms, impacts, alterations by others or lack of maintenance. Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately.

Access and property

You agree to give us safe access to the roof and work area and to tell us of any known hazards. We take reasonable care to protect your property and landscaping.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for services is set out in your signed agreement and our insurance coverage.

Intellectual property

The text, graphics and design of this site belong to Cedar Stone Roofing and may not be copied without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
